2026-02-12 Thursday - Reflecting - Three Years On
Next month (March 2026) will the the 3-year anniversary of having arranged for the destruction of my 1963 35 foot Pearson Alberg sailboat (S/V Sashy).
I do not regret that decision. It was needful, and necessary.
Like a cloud that hangs over my head, I am still hindered in my desire to return to the sea - by a family obligation.
But, I have begun thinking about the call of the ocean, more. That love affair has never ended - and I am just tarrying for awhile longer.
